Returns & Refunds Policy

■ Returns and Exchanges After Purchase
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer preferences or changes of mind after an order has been placed. However, the following cases are exceptions:

・If you received the wrong item
If the item you received differs from what you ordered, please contact us at info.umaimon@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include a photo of the item showing the discrepancy as an attachment to your email.
Once we confirm the situation, we will ship a replacement item.

As most of our products are food items, we kindly ask that you dispose of the incorrect item rather than returning it.

・If the item arrived damaged
If you find that the item was damaged upon delivery, please contact us at info.umaimon@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include a description and, if possible, photos of the damage.
Once we verify the situation, we will send a replacement.

As most of our products are food items, we kindly request that you dispose of the damaged item rather than sending it back.

■ Other Conditions
Even in the above cases, returns, exchanges, or cancellations cannot be accepted under the following circumstances:

More than 8 days have passed since the item was delivered.

The item has already been opened.

■ Refunds
We are unable to offer cancellations or refunds for customer convenience after an order has been placed.
If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us at info.umaimon@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your package.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

If you haven’t received your refund yet:
1.Please check your bank account again.

2.Then contact your credit card company—refunds may take some time to be officially posted.

3.Next, contact your bank—there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
